Cancellation and Refund Policy.

SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY.
Full refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, less payment processing fees (if any), are available if requested before March 31, 2022. Partial or half refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, less payment processing fees (if any) are offered until May 1st, 2022. No refunds after May 2nd, 2022. Returned check fee is $30. Replacement receipts are available for $15 and will be emailed to you. This summer we have a new Parent Portal system that allows sharing photos and document with you; The Parent Portal also allows you to upload completed forms. You will receive information about logging in to the PARENT PORTAL after you register.  All fees must be paid-in-full prior to start of your camp week. 

SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY.
Space Voyage Summer Camp for the summer of 2022 will not be cancelled. We will run camp regardless of class size. Should the school district cancel our facilities-use, due to the pandemic or any other reason, we will run the camp online, in a virtual setting using zoom, science kits, mailed supplies, and more. Each online camp week will run during the same time period, Monday through Friday as-if in-person. Some activities will be done together (online), with some independent work and sharing, as well as working virtually in teams. While we do not expect this to happen, this is our policy.

CHANGE OF WEEK POLICY.
Changes in attendance from one week to another is allowed permitting there is availability. The cost to change each week is $40. Please email dr-palmere@spacevoyage.com to make arrangements.

CHANGE OF CAMP VENUE
Space Voyage reserves the right to move the camp location to another location, reasonably close in proximity (less than 12 miles). In 30 years of in-person camp, this has never happened. We do not expect it but need to be prepared. This policy is due to the massive amount of construction going on in our schools. During the summer of 2022, more than 50% of all elementary schools in Jeffco are under construction. We are told 80% of all bond construction will be complete by the end of this coming summer. 

ABOUT ONLINE CLASSES
ONLINE CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
Online Classes with an insufficient number of students may be cancelled. Students in these classes will be offered the following: A) moving to a future class with the same topic; B) movement to a different course in same time period; C) a voucher for a future class (fully paid); or, D) refund. Once a season has ended, no refunds are available.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE CLASSES.
Once an Online Class has begun there are no refunds. For Online Programs and Classes not yet started, you can cancel up to 15 days prior to the start of the program, with written notice or and email from the registering email. A full refund less a $25 administrative fee, less any payment processing fees shall be returned.

WITHDRAWING FROM AN ONLINE CLASS OR PROGRAM.
Withdrawing from a progam, such as Project Voyager Webmasters, that has a curriculum of multiple weeks or months, can be cancelled with 30 days written or email notice (from originating email). Any recurring fees will stop after this full 30 day notice.

HELP WITH TAX CREDITS
Can Space Voyage help with Child Carer Tax Credit Documentation?
Yes. Send the form, with instructions on what you need signed, and when your child attended, along with a self-addressed envelop to Space Voyage. We will get it back in the mail as soon as possible. Please include instructions, if needed, to avoid delays. You are welcome to have Dr. Palmere sign your forms during your childs week at camp.
